Thank You For Dining At Olive Garden. And By "Thank You" We Mean "That's What You Get".

Don't know about you but I'm picturing rookie "health officials" sifting through spaghetti stool samples and bitching about how this "is SO not what they thought the job would be".

Over 250 Sickened After Eating at Olive Garden

Indianapolis health officials testing samples to determine source of illness

INDIANAPOLIS - The Marion County Health Department says more than 160 people have claimed they became ill after eating at an Olive Garden restaurant in Indianapolis last weekend.

A health department spokesman says they're trying to isolate the cause and have found no health code violations at the restaurant on the city's north side. Health officials are collecting leftover food and stool samples from those who were stricken in an effort to pinpoint the source of the illness.

A spokesman for Olive Garden was not immediately available for comment.

Me also thinks they forgot a few zeros...

I have a friend who is a lab technician. Amazingly, poop is not the worst thing to examine. Mucus: much worse. I take his word for it.

Poop/mucus. It all sounds so disgusting. I'd be calling into work sick. "I'm sorry I can't come into work to sift through shit today. I ate at that Olive Garden last night."

Thank goodness there are people who actually go to school to get those jobs. Frightening.

Can't stand that F'n place. Warning not necessary here, but sorry to those that couldn't figure out what a piece of crap that place is.

Thanks for spreading the word =)

Look lady I just got through reading every ingredient listed at the bottom of the page dealing with nutrition at the Olive Garden Inc. NOWHERE does it say that you may have an allergic/sickening reaction to anything..you're WAY off on this one...its the way its done in the old country, shoe less wine making, poorly ventilated root cellars and storage rooms, an "Aged" cheese area, community toilets, A place where a person can fix a "problem employee" with no more than a wrinkled up nose a crooked finger an and angry spoken statement passed down from generation to generation..You should get your facts straight before posting...Where else can a person get slug filled salads and all the bread stick they can defrost?...POSER!
