Not sure what's got these kids in a frenzy. Seriously, there wasn't an ice cream truck, balloon, Pokemon card or anything at all noteworthy going on in the street. They were just freakin' out and screaming; literally trying to squeeze their little selves through the bars. It was like a live action scene out of The Wall.It's super freaky, yow.
