I saw the Nine West post, and it was great. But "expire by 11/23" , does it mean it expires as soon as the time passes 11/22 or means when it hits the last minute of 11/23？ I would like you to answer this question to the original post. For some reason, I can't reply there, so I come here. Thank you~
